This recipe is gluten free, dairy free and egg free.

Place in the freezer for at most 30 minutes.

When ready to use, simply cut into strips and serve.

Notes If you want to make your own egg roll dough, you can buy a pre-made egg roll from your local supermarket or online.

This is great for making the dough for a cake or cookie.

The best way to store your egg roll for a longer period of time is in an airtight container, such as a large zip-top bag.

If you don’t have an airlock, store the egg rolls in an ice-cube tray.

If a cooling rack is needed, the eggy part of the egg is placed in the refrigerator and the yolk is placed on a sheet pan or tray.

Recipe Notes For gluten-free and dairy-free egg rolls, I recommend buying the gluten- free version at Whole Foods, or purchasing a gluten-Free egg roll at a bakery or grocery store.
