How to make a delicious egg roll recipe

Ingredients 1 1/2 cups flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 egg yolk 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 1 egg white 1/3 cup (about 2 1/8 teaspoons) butter 2 tablespoons granulated butter, melted 1/6 teaspoon salt (optional) Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, yolk, egg white, butter and sugar until smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet.

Notes If you want to make your own egg roll dough, you can buy a pre-made egg roll from your local supermarket or online.
This is great for making the dough for a cake or cookie.
The best way to store your egg roll for a longer period of time is in an airtight container, such as a large zip-top bag.
If you don’t have an airlock, store the egg rolls in an ice-cube tray.
If a cooling rack is needed, the eggy part of the egg is placed in the refrigerator and the yolk is placed on a sheet pan or tray.
