Juventus midfielder Andrea Belotti says he will not be angry if he loses his place in the starting XI against Milan, but he will miss the Champions League.

The 27-year-old will be without his first team starting XI at Stadio Olimpico on Saturday for a Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain.

“I’m sorry, but we have to wait and see what happens.

It’s a great feeling to score goals,” he said after his side’s 2-0 win over Roma on Sunday.”

We have a lot of good players but they can only do so much, so we have a good feeling.”

Belotti is currently on a one-year loan with the Italian giants, but the midfielder’s future at the San Siro is not clear.

The former Juventus star has been a consistent starter for the Bianconeri this season, scoring three goals in his last three outings and playing a vital role in the club’s revival in Serie A.

“It’s the best opportunity I’ve had for my career, I’ve been lucky to get here with such a good team, and I’m happy to play for the first time with the same team,” he added.
