Set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and water.

Stir the dry ingredients until they’re well blended.

Add the flour mixture to the dry ingredient and stir well.

Set the dough aside.

Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the dough, about 3 minutes on each side.

Remove from the heat and add the olive butter and flour mixture.

Continue cooking the dough for about 2 minutes, or until the dough is nice and soft.

Transfer to a floured work surface and kneed again until it forms a ball.

(Don’t over knead.)

Shape into a ball and cut into 8 pieces.

Divide the dough evenly among 8 individual bowls.

Place in the prepared pizza pans.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Transfer to the oven rack and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes and then slice into 8 squares.

Serve immediately.
