The Sport Baked Quiche Recipe – The Sport Edition
This Quiche recipe from the Sport Bible is one of my favorite quiche recipes.
It’s one of those recipes that’s super easy to make and has a super fun flavor that you just can’t get enough of.
This quiche is a great appetizer or dessert and it’s also a great base for a great side dish.
The best part about this recipe is that it’s vegan, gluten-free, and has no dairy or soy products.
The result is a healthy and delicious meal that’s perfect for the whole family.

Recipe Ingredients: 1 cup vegan sour cream, sour cream and soy milk 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup vegan peanut butter 1/3 cup vegan butter 1 egg 1/8 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon ginger 1/16 teaspoon salt 1/6 teaspoon nutmeg 1/1 teaspoon allspice 1/5 cup whole wheat flour (or use gluten-based flour) 1/10 cup sugar 1/20 cup cornstarch 1/15 cup brown sugar Directions: Combine sour cream with sour cream (if using sour cream), soy milk, peanut butter, and vegan butter.
Add egg, apple cider, vinegar, and spices to the mixture.
Place on a plate or cookie sheet.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
Store in the refrigerator.
Notes: * I recommend using soy milk instead of regular soy milk for this recipe.
The soy milk will make this quiche taste a little different and give it a little more flavor.
** If using gluten-containing flour, you can omit the cornstech.
It will still be vegan.
