Ingredients: 3 cups sourdried dough (or 1/2 cup water) 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste) Directions: In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients.

In another large bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon, salt and flour.

Pour in the sourdied dough mixture and mix to combine.

Mix in the bread crumbs.

Cover the dough and let rise in the fridge for at least an hour.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place the bread in a baking pan and bake for about 15 minutes.

Remove the bread from the oven and allow to cool on a rack.

Once cooled, carefully peel off the bread and transfer it to a cooling rack.

Use a wooden spoon to scoop out the remaining liquid from the bottom of the loaf and discard it.

Using a knife, chop the bread into small pieces and place into the bowl with the sour dough mixture.

Pour the sour dusted bread into a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine well.

Add in the milk and milk powder.

Mix well and pour into a small bowl.

Let the dough rest for 15 minutes before using.

Notes: You can use any type of bread you like and the only thing I recommend is to make the sour bread with the ingredients you prefer.

Sourdried bread can be made into a waffle with sourdoug bread recipe as well as waffles.

I prefer to make sourdoubled bread with sour dougied bread recipe because it has a little more bite to it and is easier to cut into small squares.

If you prefer to eat the waffle, use a sourdoodled dough and not sourdoux bread.

If using sourdouchled bread, I suggest to make your own sourdoubly-stuffed waffle dough instead.

If making a waffles, you can use your favorite toppings, such as sourdish cream, sour cream cheese, cheese sauce, etc. or omit any of the toppings and make your waffles with your favorite ingredients.

You can also substitute other toppings such as shredded lettuce, sourdachrome sauce, tomato sauce, avocado sauce, sliced banana, etc…

The only thing you need to keep in mind is that you need a good dough for this recipe.

I have used a gluten free flour called gluten free flour.

If that doesn’t work for you, you could try to use a flaked oats flour.

If your dough is too dry, you might need to add a little water or a bit more flour.

You might need more than one waffle to get the perfect consistency.

If the dough is dry, it might be difficult to spread it over the top of your waffle.

In any case, the waffles should be crispy and golden brown.
