My friend’s friend who is obsessed with healthy chicken recently shared a recipe that she thinks is delicious. 

I was intrigued, and after some research, I was able to come up with some very tasty and healthy chicken and noodle recipes for you. 

It was pretty fun to experiment and see which recipes are actually healthier and more nutritious than others.

I found that I liked the chicken and noodles recipe more than the chicken, and the other recipes had more of a creamy, buttery flavor than the sweet, crunchy flavors I love.

But as you can see in the video, these are delicious, too!

Recipe: Healthy Chicken & Noodle Soup Recipe: Chicken & Noodles Soup Recipe Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, skin removed, cut into strips 2 cups vegetable broth 1 cup chopped green onions 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 cups noodles, rinsed and drained 1 1/3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (optional) Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Combine broth, onion, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper and pepper to taste. 

Bring broth to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently until it thickens and is almost watery. 

Add noodles, carrots, cheddar and cilantro. 

Cover and cook until noodles are soft, about 3 minutes. 

Stir in the noodles and season with salt and pepper. 

Sprinkle shredded cilantro over noodles and cheese. 

Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar.

Serve hot with your favorite vegetables.

Recipe Notes: The soup should not contain any extra sodium or sugar.
